Very bad.. 1. Receptionist told us that buffet for breakfast not Halal. Actually buffet breakfast halal but we already breakfast outside hotel. Waste our time n money 2. The hotel management attempt to scam customer by told us spoon missing.. not only one room but 4 room.. we feel so wierd Please be aware about thier housekeeping staff.. not recommended

A decent 3-star hotel in Hatyai with a nice airport pickup service. The room is nice and adequate. The restaurant is also nice (I had some nice Thai food there) and the breakfast is fantastic for the price. The bed is considerably comfortable.

the staff is very caring, and welcoming. I love the area , and the food in the restaurant. However, I do notice that the management keep dogs around their restaurant but never take good care of them this makes me feel very sad. it's like we customer supporting their businesses that's why they need to keep dogs and ultimately neglect the dogs. I hope they should have care more for the dogs. the dogs are filled with skin diseases, never neutered, and always hungry and thirsty. I already emailed to the Thai government and ministers about the issue. whether they would do anything or not I don't know but that's the least I could do for now

The hotel facility is deteriorated, and Not well maintained. The glasses in the hotel are blurred, full of stains. Room furniture conditions about the same. The management should look into it and make the hotel more competitive and attractive.

Very disappointed with the room house keeping ,never do the proper check list of the room towels before check in and lastly blame us that we take the towels...please do take pictures of room towels and do some proper house keeping check list. Not highly recommended hotel if comes to hotel house keeping.

The hotel has a premium 'feel' and there are two room blocks with a 7E vending machine at the back building. Parking space is located in front of the hotel and additional ones are at the back centre (between the two blocks of this hotel). The rooms are (refer to photos). The downside is those without their own private vehicle, it could be a nightmare as the nearest 7E convenience store is <1km away (by walking power).🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
